Hanover’s LED destination signs are controlled by a dedicated destination controller which also serves as the driver interface. Our destination controllers provide the bus driver with easy-to-use facilities for selecting the required destination, storing the destination database, and sending messages to the signs. Additionally, the controllers monitor display performance and can interface with numerous other pieces of on-board equipment.

Our range of destination controllers can function as either the primary driver interface in stand-alone applications or can be interfaced with other third-party equipment in integrated systems, enabling automatic updates of the destination displays.

EG4 Advanced Destination Controller

The EG4 is an advanced user terminal that incorporates a touch screen graphical user interface, a built-in 10W audio output (which can be connected to onboard speakers), and an additional line-level audio output (which can be connected to an on-board amplifier). The EG4 offers a variety of serial interfaces and radio options specifically designed for use in the public transportation industry.

DG3 Destination Controller

The DG3 destination controller provides easy-to-use facilities for selecting the required destination. In addition to storing the destination database and sending messages to the signs, the DG3 controller also monitors the display performance and can be interfaced with other on-board equipment.

EG3 Destination Controller

Our EG3 destination controller provides an easy-to-use alphanumeric keypad for selecting the required destination. It features illuminated selection buttons, and USB port and offers a standard DIN slot radio mount installation.
