High-Resolution LED Destination Displays

Our high-resolution LED destination displays utilise cutting-edge technology to deliver up to 20 times the resolution of standard LED destination signs. With reduced pixel spacing, these displays offer enhanced clarity and contrast, ensuring excellent legibility even in adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain. The significantly increased number of LEDs allows text to appear as continuous screen printing rather than as a traditional dot matrix—preserving the integrity of the chosen font. In addition to clear destination messages, these signs can also display images and animations, offering outstanding versatility and visual impact.

Standard LED Destination Displays

Our standard LED destination displays give transport operators an easy and effective way to present passenger information on their vehicles. We offer these displays in a wide range of sizes and colours to suit various vehicle models and to provide our customers with greater flexibility. Designed for straightforward installation and low maintenance, they deliver reliable performance with minimal upkeep. From monochrome signs to curved designs, colour route number displays, and full-colour LED options, our comprehensive range is tailored to meet the diverse requirements of operators across the transport industry.

Thin Film Transistor (TFT) Screens

For an enhanced and interactive passenger information experience, we have developed our smart multimedia TFT (Thin Film Transistor) screens. Our TFT screens deliver crystal-clear visuals, ensuring that travelling passengers receive information with outstanding clarity. The screens can be automatically updated along the route using various inputs such as GPS, door switches, and the vehicle’s odometer. In addition to displaying next stop announcements, timetables, and transfer details, the system can be easily configured to show location-based advertising and real-time web feeds—ensuring passengers always stay informed with the latest updates and news.

Controllers

Providing a reliable and independent means of controlling our world-class destination displays, Hanover’s destination display controllers are designed to suit a variety of operational needs.
