Different customers prefer different methods for loading their lists. Below are the 3 options which all require Hanover’s sign editing software (HELEN) to be installed on the computer to be used.
Option 1 - Using Hanover’s Keylo loader which comprises a Base Station and Keylo. The base station is connected to your computer and used to download the information into the Keylo. The Keylo can then be unplugged and inserted into the front of the on board vehicle sign controller (Eric++ & Deric+ v3.0 onwards only) which will automatically download the list. (See Keylo brochure or contact Hanover for further information on the Base Station & Keylo loader).
Option 2 - Hanover can supply a 3-way white cable CX105 (9-way D-type) which can be plugged into a portable computer and the other end into the front of the on board sign controller (not the new DG3). The list can then be transferred with the on board sign controller set to receive. (For further information contact Hanover Displays).
Option 3 - If using the latest generation 3 controller (DG3) a standard USB stick can be used to transfer the data from computer to on board sign controller (see DG3 brochure or contact Hanover for further information on the DG3 controller).
NB: USB to D-type converters are available from Hanover if required.
