If a fault does appear follow the simple checks listed below first. If this does not resolve the problem please phone Hanover for assistance and a possible visit if required to fix the problem or replace the unit. Provided the checks have been carried out first and there is no water or physical damage to the unit then it is all free of charge (full warranty terms & conditions available on request). Alternatively, if the customer prefers we can send out a new unit for the customer to exchange with the faulty one themselves.
1. Check the signs have a 24v power supply to them.
2. Put the sign controller into test mode to check communications (see testing guides below). If all signs test then equipment is functioning correctly.
3. If the signs test ok then it is likely it is an issue with the list if one has been loaded just prior to the signs not displaying correctly.

NB: If the fault is found to be a simple vehicle fuse or similar problem upon a site visit which is not connected with the operation of Hanover equipment, a call out fee will be charged. If a warranty unit is returned and boards are found to be damaged by water ingress or similar there will be a repair charge.
