This user-friendly program (HELEN) is windows based. It enables the rapid preparation of message databases, including destinations, route numbers, PR messages and next stop and advertising information. Languages available include English, French, German, Spanish, Swedish, Dutch, Chinese, Italian, Arabic, Catalan, Portuguese, Danish & Romanian.

User-friendly device enables quick and simple transfer of destination lists to the sign controller. Once the Keylo is loaded via the base station, it plugs into either the Deric+ or Eric+ controllers on the vehicle and transfers the list automatically. The Keylo is small, portable and fits easily into the user's pocket. (Windows 95 is not supported).

Hanover's new generation 3 controller DG3 loads via the USB port on the controller facia. Most USB sticks can be used to transfer destination lists to the controller and like the Keylo method the transfer is done automatically and will update once the USB stick is taken out.

The method of loading through WiFi enables the high speed transfer of data between vehicles and a base station at the bus depot. Automated data transfer saves time visiting individual vehicles and can be sent overnight while vehicles are either parked in the depot or passing through.
